Custom Orders - Please allow sufficient time for custom orders.
We will strive to get your custom order completed for you in a timely matter.
We try to fill each order as it is received, but some orders take longer based on
each individual need. This is what really makes your order "custom".
"Out Of Stock" - These items are usually sent within 1 week of the order being placed.
Giclee's, Framed Art, and Secondary Market art sales are final at the time we
contact you after placing your order. No refund will be available after the order is placed.
Giclee's are special order items, printed when ordered, and artists do not give refunds.

Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
|
Shipping costs are based on weight and/or size. We use UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. If you have a
preference, please let us know prior to shipping. Average shipping cost starts at $10.00
( excluding framed art ). All shipments are shipped insured. Domestic shipping is the 48 contiguous states.

International Shipping
|
For international shipments we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We try to use the most economical service.
International orders are required to pay using PayPal, Western Union, or Wire Transfer only.
We DO NOT accept credit card or check orders on international shipping.
We are required to pay attention to international restrictions for each country. Each country has
its own set of rules, that we are required to abide by. Customs forms are required to be filled out
and declared a value. This may require a VAT charge. These requirements can be viewed

Art Shipping

Paper Art Prints |
We offer *free shipping for all paper print art orders over $100, not framed or matted, within the 48 contiguous states shipped in crush proof tubes. Prints are shipped in crush proof tubes, but art can be shipped flat if requested by customer at an additional charge. Shipping for unframed and unmatted paper prints in tubes starts at just $12.00
(1-4 prints within the 48 States). Flat shipping for art starts at $20.00.
*Free shipping is UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail and excludes Secondary Market Art, Matted Art, Stretched Canvas, and Framed Art.

Stretched Canvas Art |
Shipping for Stretched Canvas or Canvas Transfers starts at $23.00 each. Cost is based on size and weight. |
Framed Art |
Framed art shipping costs are based on size and weight. Framed art is professionally packaged and is double boxed with 2"-3" of packing peanuts and corner supports. |
Giclee Art |
Gilcee's, Paper or Canvas, are based on size and weight. |
Secondary Market Art and Matted Art |
Shipping based on size and weight.

Check Policy
|
Your order will not be processed until the check has been received by NAE. Checks will be charged a $30.00 return fee.

Return Policy
|
If you purchase products from us and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason( excluding custom orders, Giclee Art, Framed Art, Secondary Market Art, Pipes, and Flutes) ,
you can return the item(s) within 7 days of the carrier's documented delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price
(sorry, we do not refund shipping). You must call the gallery at 281-331-9788 to schedule the return within 24 hours
of carriers documented delivery date. All returns must be returned to us unless otherwise specified by NAE.
The merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, properly packaged, and insured for full sale value,
this is for your protection. Returned merchandise that is damaged will be refused refund.
All custom orders, Giclee Art, Framed Art, Secondary Market Art, Pipes, and Flutes are non-returnable and are
not refundable. Giclee's, Framed Art, and Secondary Market art sales are final at the time we contact you
after placing your order and no refund will be available.

Damaged Shipment
|
If you receive your purchase and it was damaged during shipment, please contact UPS, FedEx, or your local
Post Office (depending on the carrier) immediately and report the damaged shipment.
Please make note to the carrier at the time of delivery of any damage to the package. You will need to keep the original
shipping carton and merchandise for inspection by the carrier. Contact us within 24 hours and report the damaged shipment.
We will gladly help with reporting the damage and will replace the damaged order. We will replace and ship your
replacement order without any additional charges.
